Hello.

This is the application format you are required to use in order to have any chance of getting accepted as a media If you're using a different format you will be automatically denied and the application will be removed.

Requirements
YouTuber:
- 500 subscribers or more.
- 150 viewers per video or more.

Partner:
- 1,000 subscribers or more.
- 500 viewers per video or more.
(You will be payed at our rates)
